Introducing the Kegel Mechanics Klub

Dear Distributor,

Greetings from all of us at Kegel. This has been a trying year to say the least and we hope you are all doing well and are in good health. As you know, many of us here at Kegel travel extensively throughout the year visiting all of you as well as our mutual customers. 2020 did not allow us to do that so we decided to channel our time and internal resources to a project that we are very excited about.

Over the last months we have prepared a platform that we feel is the start of an extensive knowledge base for the novice to semi-experienced mechanics. We have named this Kegel Mechanics Klub and we officially launch today at noon eastern time on Facebook. This website will initially focus on GS and A2 pinsetters from a mechanical, electrical and safety standpoint: https://www.kegelmechanicsklub.com/

This website will not necessarily attract the 30-year veteran mechanic, but is ideal for everyone else that is underneath that person and has to be around the equipment. This will be a place where written information can be printed out concerning maintenance and rebuilding of certain areas of each pinsetter. Most of the troubleshooting has been put into flowchart form with videos attached showing specific adjustments and tools needed. We will eventually add lane machine related content as well.

We really hope that you will encourage your customers to sign up and try it out. We have a broad range of specialized mechanics from around the world that have already committed to helping us supply content which will only make it grow that much quicker. This is also 100% free to the user and is perfect for FEC operations as well as proprietors in small centers that essentially do everything themselves.

This is not intended to be a 24hr technical support system for pinsetters like we do for lane machines, but we will answer questions and direct people to the best of our ability. The intention is really for the end user to anonymously access information and ask questions in a safe, non-threatening environment which is not always readily available in all of today’s social media platforms.

In closing we hope you and your customers will find this useful and will provide suggestions that may best fit everyone’s needs. This is meant to be a living entity that we will continue to fill with information until, if possible, we run out. Please sign up yourselves as well to receive updates for new content that is posted.
