Dear Distributor,
I am sending this e-mail out to inform you that we have done more investigation into the problem with the 162-7004 Upper Ball Wheel Guide Rollers.
After a comparison of the flanges from 3 sources, we have determined that that hole pattern of the brown flange from Quality Bowling will not mount to our roller. The OEM and the PPP flanges will mount to the roller with no problems. I apologize for the confusion, but we wanted to act quickly to resolve the problem and further inspection showed that the rollers were not defective. If you did not discard or throw away what you currently had in stock you may add that back into your inventory. If any of you have discarded what you had, we will replace those quantities on your next order. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me directly by phone or e-mail.
